Podcast Project

“A great opportunity for the children to get involved with something different ,the project boosted the children’s confidence and helped with team work.
– Class Teacher

Waddington and West Bradford CofE Primary School

Our Podcast Project is an exciting opportunity for children to explore how a podcast show is created, from developing an original idea all the way through to recording and publishing a finished podcast episode.

Children will use the state-of-the-art studio facilities at The Grand, helping them to learn new skills and get an insight into the technical aspects of podcast creation. They will also interview special guests and create their own scripts. They will have the opportunity to learn about branding and design as well as creating a video promo for their podcast.

Altham St. James Primary School

Throughout the project children will work closely in teams alongside The Grand staff to develop their speaking and listening skills whilst growing in confidence and boosting self-esteem.

“WOW just WOW! Being able to take part and learn HOW a podcast is made has been amazing, the children gain so much from it and they have absolutely LOVED it!”
– Headteacher
