Church at the Castle

Church at the Castle is the vibrant Sunday finale to our festival weekend, and the invitation is open to everyone. We are creating a relaxed space in the iconic grounds of Clitheroe Castle, where the whole community can gather to experience worship and be inspired.

The day will begin with a short and engaging, family-friendly service from the mainstage. We’ve invited the same band from ‘Carols at the Castle’ to lead the music, and we’ll be sharing real, local stories of faith. Whether you’re a regular churchgoer or just curious, you are welcome!

The celebration will continue throughout the afternoon with a free BBQ and creative activities for children and young people.

Festival goers are encouraged to bring a picnic with a blanket or a deckchair to relax for the afternoon with some live music from the mainstage.
