The Grand’s auditorium has been a place to watch films for almost a century. Once known as Clitheroe Public Hall, the venue became The Grand Cinema in 1921 – later becoming known and loved as ‘The Civic’.

Our film programme is now a little more selective than that of a weekly picturehouse, with a mixture of specialist films, acclaimed documentaries, family films, and our extremely popular monthly Ladies Film Nights.
