Cloudspotting Music and Arts Festival celebrates a notable landmark in 2020 – its 10th birthday!
The Grand is delighted to partner with the Festival again and part of our role will be providing the Box Office for the intimate, family-friendly event that takes place on June 19-21 – the summer solstice weekend.
It will take place at Gisburn Forest’s Stephen Park Centre, where Cloudspotting has lived for the past 7 years, in the Forest of Bowland Area of Natural Beauty (AONB).
Cloudspotting provides a weekend escape into the wild outdoors, where imagination and discovery come together in an intimate celebration of creativity and performance in a beautiful location. It’s a little taste of Utopia and a much needed reminder that – in difficult times – a better world is possible.
Co-organiser Matt Evans says: “Our quest is to present an original and diverse programme of music and arts and active pursuits that unite and thrill a family audience, provoking curiosity while encouraging friendship and camaraderie.”
“Our programme is taking shape and will, as ever, cross cultural boundaries and provide a stage for under-represented original artists to showcase their talents.”
Cloudspotting will open its gates at 1pm on Friday, June 19th and the festival will finish on Sunday, June 21st at 6pm. Campers can stay the night on Sunday for an additional ‘camping fee’.
